THROUGH SKILLS ACQUIRED IN THE COURSE, SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE ABLE TO:

  • Understand the foundation and definitions of GBV

  • Identify the key types of GBV (incl. Child & Adolescent abuse)

  • Understand the main drivers that contribute to GBV

  • Recognise different styles of parenting

  • Develop effective strategies to prevent and respond to GBV

  • Assist with creating safe home environments

  • Deliver adolescent-friendly services
